New SMT Production Line & Advanced Equipments Added

We are excited to announce a great news. On March 14th 2026,we successfully set up a new surface-mount technology (SMT) production line, alongside additional advanced equipment to better serve the evolving needs of our customers.

New SMT Production Line
The newly added line is designed to enhance both our production capacity and operational flexibility. It features:

• 2 High-Speed Placement Machines – ensuring faster and more precise component mounting.

• 1 Screen Printer – enabling efficient solder paste application for complex PCB layouts.

• 1 Reflow Oven – delivering stable and reliable soldering performance.

• 1 First Article Inspection (FAI) Tester – strengthening our quality assurance by allowing more rigorous inspection of initial samples.

Expanded Conformal Coating Capabilities
To meet growing customer requirements for advanced process support, we have also invested in:

• A New Dispensing Machine – providing precise adhesive or encapsulant application for component reinforcement and underfill processes.

• A New Conformal Coating Machine – enabling uniform protective coating on finished PCBs to enhance reliability in harsh environments.

These upgrades represent our continued commitment to quality, scalability, and responsiveness. With increased capacity and broader process capabilities, we are better positioned than ever to support your time-sensitive projects, complex designs, and high-reliability applications.
